Visit the Billing section to manage your subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

No, we currently do not offer refunds.
What payment methods are accepted?+
At present, we only accept card payments. Additional payment options will be introduced in future releases.
How do I start a new resume?+
There are three ways to begin:
• From the Home Dashboard
• From the Drafts section by creating a new draft
• From the Templates section by selecting a preferred template
Can I upload my old resume and transfer data?+

How many drafts can I save?+
• Freemium plan: Up to 2 drafts
• Pro and Pro Max plans: Unlimited drafts

Currently, resumes can be downloaded in PDF format only. Additional formats will be supported in upcoming updates.

ReZoah integrates GPT-4o, which analyzes your input and generates concise, skill-backed bullet points tailored for resumes.
Do you plan to add more templates and features?+
Yes. We continuously release updates with improved functionality. While templates are not our primary focus, higher-quality designs will be added over time.
Who gets access to ATS-friendly and Human-friendly resume formats?+
• Freemium users: Human-friendly formats only
• Pro and Pro Max users: Both Human-friendly and ATS-friendly formats
Who can access AI-integrated features?+
AI features are available exclusively to Pro and Pro Max users.
Will information in the Home Dashboard auto-fill after I choose a template?+
Yes. Your saved information will auto-populate the template unless you disable this option in Settings.
How many subscription tiers are available?+
Currently, ReZoah offers Freemium and Pro plans. The Pro Max plan will be introduced soon.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. You can cancel at any time from the Billing section.
If I already have a membership, how does upgrading work?+
When upgrading, you will only be charged the price difference between your current plan and the new plan.
Are premium templates included in my subscription?+
Yes, premium templates are included in Pro and Pro Max plans.
Can I customize fonts and colors?+
Not yet, but this feature is coming soon.
Is my personal information secure?+
Yes. Your information is securely stored in our encrypted database.
Do you share my data with employers?+
This feature will be available exclusively under the Pro Max plan.
Can I delete my account permanently?+
Not at the moment. Permanent account deletion will be introduced in a future release.

Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly?+
Yes! You can upgrade from Monthly to Yearly at any time. The switch takes effect immediately, and any unused portion of your monthly payment will be credited toward your new yearly plan.
Can I switch from Yearly to Monthly?+
No mid-cycle downgrades. If you downgrade in the system mid-cycle, then the changes will take place in next renewal cycle.
What if I want to upgrade from Pro to Pro Max?+
Monthly Pro → Monthly Pro Max: Switches immediately. You'll pay the prorated difference for the rest of your current month.
Yearly Pro → Yearly Pro Max: Switches immediately. We'll credit your unused yearly Pro time toward your new yearly Pro Max plan, and your billing cycle resets today.
Yearly Pro → Monthly Pro Max: Switches immediately, but no credit is applied. Your billing resets today on a monthly Pro Max plan.
Will I get a refund if I cancel early?+
No, we don't offer partial refunds for unused time. You'll keep access until the end of your paid billing cycle.
What happens if my payment fails?+
We'll retry your payment automatically. If it still fails, your account will remain on the current plan for a short grace period before downgrading to Free.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?+
Not right now. You can cancel anytime and return later — your drafts remain saved under your account.
Can I change plans multiple times?+
Yes, you can switch between Monthly and Yearly or Pro and Pro Max at any time. Just note that credits only apply when moving from Yearly Pro → Yearly Pro Max. Other switches start fresh billing immediately.
